1. Introduction to the DMCA
Saymuse (https://Saymuse.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, Alia Hashim will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Saymuse website that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing a Notice of Alleged Infringement.
2. Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on Saymuse, please notify our Copyright Agent as set forth below. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

2.2 Identification of the Infringing Material
Provide the specific URL or location on https://Saymuse.com where the material that you claim is infringing is located. You must provide us with enough information to allow us to locate the material (e.g., the specific blog post link).
2.3 Contact Information
Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address so that we may contact you regarding your complaint.
2.4 Statement of Good Faith
Include a statement that you have a “good faith belief” that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
2.5 Statement of Accuracy and Penalty of Perjury
Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2.6 Signature
The notice must be signed (either physically or electronically) by the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
3. Designated Copyright Agent
All DMCA notices should be sent to the following Designated Agent:

- For repeat infringers, we reserve the right to block their access to the site or terminate any associated permissions.
5. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication sent to our Designated Agent that includes the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., that you consent to any judicial district in which the service provider may be found).
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Saymuse has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users (if any) or contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the site for any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
7. Legal Caveat and Liability
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. If you are unsure whether the material available online infringes your copyright, we suggest that you contact an attorney before sending us a notice.
